I have two young children of my own and have worked with families for more than 13 years. I fully understand the challenges of modern parenting! My qualifications include Early years practitioner, post natal depression management, child behaviour management and I am also a qualified maternity nurse. ( I am also CRB checked)

I often speak on local radio and write for a number of parenting publications. I have work on parenting contracts for the NHS and work with the family charities HomeStart and the NCT. I am also on the advisory board for Parenting UK.

A client once described me as a 'real life best friend's guide to being a mum.' I am very approachable and friendly and pride myself on understanding how my clients are feeling about the parenting challenges they are facing. I am committed to helping you enjoy being a parent and to make sure you are able to build happy family memories!
